LEADING A MOVEMENT OF
CHANGE
There is a huge gap in homeownership between minority groups in America and their counterparts. Only 44% of Black Americans were homeowners at the beginning of 2020, compared to 74% of White Americans. Not only Black Americans, the homeownership rates of Latino, LGBTQ and adult men and women under the age of 35 are all below 49%.
Homeownership rates largely correlate with wealth gaps across racial, ethnic, and minority groups in the United States. In order to close the wealth gap, we need to expand homeownership opportunities.
HOMEOWNERSHIP RATE
As part of the nationwide movement to increase homeownership rates to 75%, you can help unlock the doors of homeownership to everyone, and provide people in your community with more possibilities and opportunities. As we reach the goal of having Homebuyer Coaches in every neighborhood, more families will be able to get ahead, and communities will benefit from the increased number of homebuyers.

75% FOR ALL
OPPORTUNITY AS IT SHOULD BE:
FOR EVERYONE
75% FOR ALL
OPPORTUNITY AS IT SHOULD BE:
FOR EVERYONE
Jorge and Chet believe that one of the best parts about America is the opportunity to create our own future; to take ownership for our choices and the people we become. Ownership of choices increases when all Americans have equity of access to opportunity and wealth creation, which is what the 75 For All movement is all about.
That’s why they started 75 For All, so everyone can achieve homeownership and have equal access to opportunities.
